1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small pieces of data the browser receives and returns to the site. Local storage can retain preferences without sending them with every request.
Classification depends on purpose, not just a name. A security function is not the same as an advertising tracker.
2. Strictly necessary
Sessions maintain access and browsing context; form protection helps prevent forged requests. The site also retains the version and date of your cookie choice.
These functions are necessary and cannot be disabled through the preferences panel. You can remove them in your browser, but some actions may stop working or require you to log in again.
3. Preferences
Your selected language is retained as a functional part of the session to serve the experience you requested, without a separate cookie. Optional presentation preferences are not currently used; their category retains your choice for functions introduced and explained later.
The authenticated platform may retain functional settings such as menu presentation. Maintenance notices retain a functional visitor identifier and acknowledgement of a specific notice, not an exclusion of all future notices.
4. Internal analytics
This version of the public website does not perform visitor measurement or use persistent analytics identifiers. The category is available as a control, but enabling it does not start a measurement tool that is not installed.
Internal operational dashboards use each company's records and are not a system for tracking public visitors. Any future non-essential measurement must respect consent and update this information.
5. Advertising and third parties
Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and advertising trackers are not included in the public website.
Opening an email link or visiting an external page also subjects you to the conditions of the service you choose. Authenticated platform functions that use external services require their own purpose and privacy assessment.
6. Duration
The consent choice is retained for up to 180 days. We may request a new choice if the policy version changes.
Language is retained in the session; its duration depends on the service's security configuration. Maintenance notices use local storage for the visitor identifier and the 'Do not show again' option for a specific notice and version; temporary acknowledgement uses session storage. They have no automatic deletion deadline and may remain until site data is deleted or they no longer apply.
7. Choosing and changing
You can Accept all, Reject non-essential or Configure categories. Necessary options remain active in all cases.
Open Cookie preferences from the footer at any time. The new choice replaces the previous one for optional functions; it does not delete security records that must be retained.
8. Clearing browser data
Your browser lets you review, delete and block cookies and site storage. The location of these options depends on the browser and device.
If you delete the consent choice, the site will ask again. Deleting session cookies may log you out.
9. Service records and contact
Acknowledging maintenance notices may be associated with a functional browser identifier and record a date, IP address and browser information. It is not used for advertising analytics and is not described as anonymous.
Technical security records may also include IP address, browser, date and session context. Consult the Privacy policy and S2Risk contacts if you need clarification about data processing.
