1. Service
MANDO OS is management software for private security companies, developed by S2Risk. Its capabilities connect administrative, document and operational information.
Public screens and examples are demonstrations. They do not constitute an offer of guaranteed results or represent customer data.
2. Company registration
The person registering a company must have sufficient authority, provide accurate information and keep it updated.
Initial registration does not itself verify legal identity, representation or the company's legal authorization to provide security services.
3. Accounts and authorization
Each account is personal. The company manages user access according to the available roles and authorization workflows.
Accepting an invitation, accessing the portal or completing a form does not necessarily authorize operational activity or service delivery. Applicable reviews and requirements must be met.
4. Authorized use
Use the system only for legitimate purposes within granted permissions. The company is responsible for reviewing the accuracy and relevance of the records it enters.
Bypassing controls, accessing another party's information, sharing credentials, introducing malicious content or using the platform for unlawful activities is not permitted.
5. Modules and commercial conditions
Available capabilities depend on enabled modules, permissions and company configuration. Activation requests are managed under the agreed conditions.
Pricing, implementation timelines, service levels and other commercial conditions are not established by this page. Request a proposal from S2Risk.
6. Information, documents and decisions
The company must have sufficient rights and grounds to upload third-party documents and data. It must review their accuracy, validity and authorized use.
Indicators, controls and automation support management but do not replace professional review or independently determine employment, legal, accounting or operational compliance.
7. Signatures and evidence
Signing and review processes must use participants' real identities and follow the enabled procedure.
Availability of a signing feature does not mean the same process is suitable for every document or procedure. The company must verify the applicable method for each case.
8. Availability and maintenance
The service may require maintenance and experience interruptions. Published notices will communicate available information about planned work.
Availability, backup, recovery and continuity conditions are set out in service agreements. This page does not promise uninterrupted availability or a specific recovery time.
9. Intellectual property
MANDO OS and its presentation are associated with S2Risk. Use of the service does not transfer software rights or authorize reproduction of the brand beyond the permissions granted.
Companies and rights holders retain the rights applicable to the information and documents they provide.
10. Personal data
Data processing must follow the Privacy policy, applicable agreements and current law. Users must not enter unnecessary data or use authorized access for unrelated purposes.
The company must inform workers and other individuals about the processing it carries out through the platform.
11. Suspension and security
Access may be restricted through applicable procedures for security reasons, lack of authorization or breaches of service conditions.
Measures, communications and opportunities for review depend on the circumstances, legal obligations and agreed conditions.
12. Support and communications
Users can use the channels listed under Contact and Ticket. Do not share passwords or authentication codes in help requests.
Hours, specific channels and response times should be checked in the relevant service agreement.
13. Liability and termination
Responsibilities, permitted limits and termination conditions must be established in the applicable agreement without excluding rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
Ending the service requires coordinating information that must be retained, delivered or deleted. This page does not set unagreed export or deletion deadlines.
14. Changes and applicable law
Relevant changes to the service or its conditions must be communicated according to applicable agreements and requirements.
Applicable law and any dispute-resolution mechanism must be determined in the relevant contractual relationship. No unconfirmed exclusive jurisdiction is established here.
